Elastomeric Foams are a highly durable expanding foam material which delivers a robust balance of toughness and flexibility. Its elastic toughness is used in demanding environments, specialty products and surface skinning applications within military, aerospace, industrial and commercial industries.

These foams are formulated in a range of non-hydroscopic closed cell densities creating versatile degrees of resilient semi-rigid and flexible skin stiffnesses. Its 4x volumetric expansion and excellent adhesive characteristics offers unique product design and implementation solutions such as bridging expansion joints, filling voids and skinning non-uniform non-continuous adjoining surfaces.

Elastomeric foams are operational in -40 to 100 C temperature zones providing extreme moisture barrier and thermal insulating capacity. These elastically tough skins are primarily spray applied onto surfaces using a 2-component liquid pumping spray machine. Heavier foam thicknesses for particular job application and performance requirements are obtained by multi-pass distribution. Elastomeric Foams are designed for 30 minute cure under normal temperature range.
